#3 Getting a fish drunk is strictly prohibited. (However, what if the fish’s BAC doesn’t reach 0.08?)

#4 According to the Ohio driver’s ed manual, every time you pass another car, you must honk your horn.

#13 Clinton County: Any person who leans against a public building will be subject to fines.

#14 In Chillicothe, Ohio it is illegal to throw rice at weddings.

#16 It is legal to throw a snake at someone but it is illegal to shake a snake at someone.
