#13 Clinton County: Any person who leans against a public building will be subject to fines.

#14 In Chillicothe, Ohio it is illegal to throw rice at weddings.

#15 Columbus: It is illegal for stores to sell corn flakes on Sunday.

#16 It is legal to throw a snake at someone but it is illegal to shake a snake at someone.

#17 Items left on a tree lawn become city property.

#18 Marion: You cannot eat a doughnut and walk backwards on a city street.

#21 You may not run out of gas.
